Served with mustard sauce smoked pork butt,
Red-fruited, “Cahorsy” Malbec with less depth than most from the region.

    S1/HRH rating
“Quaffable but, uh, far from transcendent."—will consider another bottle.

June 9, 2018 - Dark garnet. Nose: chocolate, coffee, cream, and dark cherries. Attack: smoky blackberries; Mid-palate: dried violets and dried cranberries; Finish: cherry skins, spice, dark wood, chocolate. Complete flavors with restrained fruit. Great acid. Medium-full body. Medium length.
