November 28, 2020 - Lots of black and blue fruit, steely granite and white pepper on the palate. Full bodied with a lingering finish.

June 8, 2020 - Indigo in color. A bit astringent at first but opened over 90 minutes. Lots of black and blue fruit, some white pepper and minerality on the palate. Very good but I expect this will benefit from another 2 to 5 years.

August 17, 2019 - Tannins were over powering. It took several hours of decanting to get past the overwhelming grip. Just after opening the wine was hollow and thin, but after several hours of air, it began to fill out. Hanging on to this wine might help the tannin settle, but the fruit is far in the background and may not hold up.
