June 21, 2020 - At this age, Keefer’s fruity opulence has flipped to a nutty richness. Dried fruits, almonds, praline, with a trace of pear, ripe peach, and crushed marble. Butterscotch dominates the palette. Very luscious, textured mouthfeel. I debated pairing a younger Aubert to tonight’s dinner of rich Sablefish, and while you can’t go wrong there, this pairing was brilliant.

February 14, 2019 - Beautiful straw colored hues, flinty and earthy scents, elegant finish. Think white burgundy. Lovely.

February 13, 2018 - Asian pear, honeysuckle, magnolia on the nose with hints of rose, honey, pear and apple with a whisper of oak on the palate. Truly a fantastic wine. Drinking in its prime now. The bottle was clear, but the last pour left a wee bit of sediment in the glass. Highly recommended. Delicious.
