October 8, 2023 - Tight, slowly opened to reveal dark cherry, brambles, sous bois, powerful yet restrained, long finish
March 13, 2023 - Very nice. Crackers and cheese on the beach. A bit dirty color, good nose, floral. Very good.
February 20, 2023 - Agree (on PnP) with all tasting notes of all Lots of acid but relatively short finish. Evident alcohol. Somewhat jammy. Not well-integrated, and not sure if more years will get it there.
January 22, 2023 - An excellent pinot noir with notes of cherry, plum, spice and cedar. Paired nicely with grilled salmon.
July 5, 2022 - still holding up well. Fruit all still there, and not really showing any age. Probably not getting better, so recommend consuming in the next 2 years.
December 27, 2021 - Short decant. Wine is in a very nice place right now and drinking beautifully. Probably has more time but not sure what you gain from waiting.
November 27, 2021 - Raspberries, strawberries and cherries over a sweet sugary core. Finishes a bit thin.
November 20, 2021 - Nice strawberries and blackberries with a hint of currants.
November 6, 2021 - Still dark ruby-garnet. Pleasant aroma and flavor, with slight Burgundian tones. Combination of red and black fruit. Very nice, won't get any better, but more one-dimensional than profound. Very overpriced, We much prefer Water Hansel "North Slope" at half the price.
