Perfectly ripe fruits, honey, spice, a little cream.
Nothing oxidative. Fleshy, long smooth palate. Lemon, peach, cream, honey, oak spice, all beautifully integrated. Long smooth finish, good acidity but not biting. Delicious. -

Nose of ripe apple, honey, good intensity of fruit. Some lemon curd, dried apricot.
Med+ intensity, full body.
Flavours of lemon curd, stewed apple. Hints of spice. Aging notes of yeast.
Great balance and length. Still intensity even at 15 years. Great complexity -

September 11, 2021 - Appearance: deep gold.
Nose: medium plus intensity; aromas of cheese, nectarine, brioche, marzipan, lemon curd, white roses, subtle smoke, toast. It’s fully developed.
Palate: dry, high acidity, high alcohol medium plus body, medium plus flavour intensity, long finish.
Overall, it’s a very good wine. Drink at its peak now.
