  February 1, 2023 - Not sure about how others have stored the wine, mine was in temp controlled cellar until now. Needs time to open up but after two hours is very balanced, not acidic as others note, for sure not as fruity as earlier but nuanced and balanced for its age. Great with a Bolognese pasta dinner, wil be sad when last bottle is gone. Need to recognize the regional character.

  January 1, 2023 - 30 minutes after opening it was bricked, thin, acidic, muted fruit, and no finish. After 2 hours it opened up and was a more drinkable wine, but still well past it's prime.

  October 15, 2021 - Meh. Another Garagiste over-hyped selection. High acid, low fruit. Maybe it was worth drinking on the day of purchase, but the cellaring has not been kind to this wine. Didn't even consume the full bottle--had to switch to something better after the first glass.

  November 19, 2018 - Very disappointed in this wine. I would never have guessed this as a nebbiolo if I hadn't seen the label. Decanted for 90 minutes before drinking. Bricking at the edges and very little fruit left; wine came across as only acid and tannin. I have 5 more bottles and I hope this one isn't indicative of the others.
