April 1, 2024 - Decanted > 1hour. Paired nicely with lasagna but was not as flavorful as the 2015 Ayoub Mojo. We hadn't tasted this vintage for 5 years. Wine is maturing and still has time in the bottle. Drinking nicely right now if you are so inclined.

January 18, 2024 - Better than the last one I opened in August 2021. Filled out a bit and seems more structured. Might be coming out of hibernation which means I will hold my last bottle for at least a year.
