February 11, 2024 - Enjoyable drinking on its own and with brisket in a red wine gravy
Lovely depth of fruit and rich moth feel
Drinking well now but will hold for some time yet, though it’s unlikely to improve any further. Watch out for lots of fine sediment at the bottom -

April 24, 2023 - Really good every sip and even some left on the next day. Smooth and balanced with layers of flavor. Pleasantly complex, though not intetnsly. This is the reason for the lower score although really could be a 93 at this stage.

February 10, 2023 - Chocolate bullets, cherry, blueberry, meat juices. Grip, a little heat, hedonistic, ample length. Looking at my notes, it’s changed since young, but it’s still youthful, or at least reminiscent of young GSMs I’ve had.
