December 31, 2023 - Strawberry, syrup, honey. Bright, tart finish. Definitely on the sweeter side.
Not the right bottle for the occasion, but could be good on a warm summer day, chilled a bit colder than usual. -

May 29, 2023 - Started out a bit on the tart side with minimal fruit taste. With some air and as it warmed, maybe a bit of red apple fruit. Nice persistent bubbles; very refreshing.
