January 13, 2024 - Dark garnet colour. Expressive bouquet. Vanilla, clove.
Juicy, somewhat dark fruit. Full bodied. Good structure. Rather firm.

January 11, 2024 - Probably at its peak, tasted at home from our cellar with beef bourgogne for an ideal food wine pairing. Double decanted for an hour to open.
Dark garnet inky purple color, medium full bodied, elegant, bright vibrant expressive but soft ripe plum, cherry and blackberry fruits with floral, spice and earth notes, hints of lavender, black tea and licorice with a long smooth silky finish.

November 26, 2022 - Decanted 1 hour before serving. Crushed stone, black fruits and leather on the nose. Medium plus bodied with the structure to last 7-10 years. Red and black fruits and good minerality. 92 points.

January 15, 2022 - 45 min decant. Cedar, bramble, liquorice, cherry, raspberry, rose pedal, mineral and menthol. Too young still, as the acidity outpaces the fruit and there is a slight bitterness. Potential is evident. Will improve but needs at least 3-5 more years. Hold.

May 9, 2021 - Really good but still a bit tight, even after a day. I guess this can go for another 4-6 years easily
