June 12, 2022 - Russk. The WOTN at Pablo's. Earthy cedery so Bdx like. Bind, I was sure it was a Lynch bages. 92+

July 27, 2016 - Good dark fruits still show through, smooth and balanced. Black fruits with toasty vanilla. Holding up fine. Good not great.

March 25, 2013 - Nose shows black shoe polish (brett) with earthy black fruit quality.
Dark flavors of black licorice, earth, and musty taste. Good concentration and depth of fruit, but too dirty tasting for me to really enjoy. Hopefully, just a weak bottle as can taste quality underlying the heavy brett.

November 10, 2012 - Decanted and aerated about 30 minutes before rebottling to take to a BYOB. This wine was great. Cedar shavings and a little mint on the nose carried through on the palate, picking up some balanced green bell pepper, sweet tobacco and leather. Long finish. I'd have taken this for a mature Bordeaux. This wine is at it's peak.

March 18, 2012 - The bouquet still offers freshness with mainly red and also some black fruits. On the palate a mature wine, graphite and classical. Good acidity, bitterness and melted tannin. The freshness is still great, but no need to wait any longer. The wine is completely ready now and will not improve.
