Drinking very well. A lot of wines on the table, so that meant this got to warm up a bit. It met the test of being good as it warmed as well as good when served up cold. Cheers!

A lot of competition on the table, and this was very good, but not great. I think there is a lot of exuberance in CT over this wine, but I don't think it is right for me. Cheers!

Holding up well, lots of acidity and spice, but probably lacking a bit in its finish. Cheers!

Beautiful thing. A bit on the young side. Really should allow this to warm in the glass as the best drops are the terminal ones. Cheers!

Really like this, and drink well with nice fruit. It there is one negative, I would say that there is a touch too much vanilla flavor, but overall not really a problem. Cheers!

A lot of acidity, so it is screaming for food. A little more austere than German rieslings tend to be. Delicate and light.

Its strength lies in its austerity. Not going to overwhelm with fruit, but give it a lot of air and let it come to you.

Lot of fruit here. Very hedonistic style and went well with cheeses and desserts.

Consistent. High acidity is present here, so works well with foods that are complemented by high acid wines. Cheers!

Had this late at night, and it was probably not a good time for rating it, as it was probably the 5th or 6th wine I tasted that night. I just remember that it was good. lol. Useless post. :)

Like this a lot. Has some "crunchy" element that I notice to describe bright fruit which sparkles without bubble. Words don't really work well to describe flavor. :) Cheers

I don't mind sweetness in many wines, but somehow I don't like it so much in bubby. For me, this is not a favorite style, but I sense it is well made.

This was outstanding with decent acidity, modest fruit and some bread. I stored it for a couple of years, and the little bit of age was handled very well. Cheers!

Solid, but perhaps a step below most Chablis. I think, but I do make mistakes, that this would be a little more interesting if there was a touch more acidity. Cheers!

It followed some vintage Champagne, and some premier cru Chablis, and it got lost in there. Nothing negative, but a but too delicate for those companions. This would be a good pairing with very delicate foods.
