With the vineyard's and the producer's reputation mixed with the great vintage, this was straightly a disappointment. A smell of iron dominated the first half an hour. Gets better after around two hours.

Still on top after 41 years but of course fully matured. It ends with a little dryness but the fruit is still there.

Big bottle (double magnum) have kept this wine young. I would say it's peaking now and for another 2 - 3 years-

Over the hill, should have been drunk up some 5 - 10 years ago. I'm sure this used to be a great wine, today only flakes remain of what it used to be. But still not a bad wine, only too old.
