12/25/19, 5:24 PM - Here we are, 6 years later and I was reviewing the comments when I last tasted this wine. Alas, my memory is abandoning me as I try to recall my last bottle. Is it better today? I’m not sure but it remains very good as Prism predicted.

This bottle was drinking beautifully. I truly cannot imagine it could get any better. A dark violet in the glass with hints of cherry, cola and floral on the nose. The balance of fruit and acidity is what stood out. Complex flavors that are harmonious together with no competition for attention. Mid palate is simply luxuriously smooth and delightful with a very nice finish. Served at room temperature, popped and poured.
Enjoy this one if it remains in your cellar.
