Billecart-Salmon Tasting (Art of Cellaring, Houston, TX): 3 grams added sugar. 65% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier. Great aromatics, very approachable. Significantly lighter than the 2009 and ready to drink now.

Billecart-Salmon Tasting (Art of Cellaring, Houston, TX): Big champagne, with major structure. 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier. 2 grams of added sugar. Nice taste of stone fruits. Definitely a wine with age-ability.

Billecart-Salmon Tasting (Art of Cellaring, Houston, TX): Made from 2015 base wine. Drank from Magnum. Nice combination of light red fruits and earth flavors. Much heavier wine than the 2018 base wine in 750.

Drank at Papa’s Steakhouse. Double decanted. Wine rocked right off the start. Deep dark berry’s on the nose and taste. Long finish.

Drank at Papa’s Steakhouse. Definitely needs a decant to open up. Once open, deep flavors of raspberry and spice with a medium finish.

A ton of acidity at first, but after 20 minutes, acidity is gone and wine really sings. Great earth notes, with tons of dark berries to a medium finish.

Medium ruby color. Beautiful bouquet of fresh raspberries. Taste has spice, cola, raspberry. Medium/long finish. 12.9% alcohol but drinks way bigger than that.
