Outstanding. Evolved in glass for hours. Great spine of acidity but broad and deep across the palate. Biscuit, yeast, subtle nuttiness. Finish forever. Very complex.

I know, I know. 100 points? I don't give a shit about points I just love this wine. Garnet and thinning at the edges. Not star bright but probably because they dont sterilize it. Explodes out of the glass. Cherry, cranberry, black licorice, candy, Sprees, sour patch. Intense but lithe on the palate. Berries and tea and herbs. Loooong. Complex. Integrated. Perfect.

One hour update: faaaaar more aromatic. Blackberries, chocolate, mineral.

Good acid, soft tannins. Tea, cranberry, strawberry. Also a little dark fruit note. Touch of earth. Light, delicate. Medium length, tart pleasant finish.

Ridiculously good, esp at the price point. Very dense and concentrated for a Beauj. Very dark. Red berries and a hint of tea. Lovely!
White
Quite good. New World style, for sure. Maybe needs time? Prefer it over Bien Nacido vineyard.

Very good but surprisingly big and oaky. Very new world. Prefer the basic chard. If I want full smash new world chard I'd probably go Art Series or Kistler or Konsgaard.

Second time in 8 years having this wine at Bern's. Just as amazing this time 'round. Silky smooth, perfectly integrated. Most amazingly, it revealed primary, secondary and tertiary flavor and scents at once. The finish was minutes long.

Solid. A little hot, a little clunky. Not pretty. Nice fruit, good structure. Black licorice, raspberry. No problems. Just not my scene. Suprisingly tannic.
White
Began earthy and mineral. A touch of oil on the nose. Fresh citrus notes but more on the herbal, spicy side of things. Very pretty. Palate is super concentrated. Long. Broader and less defined on the palate than expected. But super delicious. Winner.
Red
Incredibly young and tight, opened it waaaay to early, esp from mag. That said, I drank it over the course of five days and it gave a glimpse of its future self. Very pretty, lithe. Great structure, acid. Somewhat graphite, mineral, and pine. Fresh. Fruit was buried but it was red. It will be an absolute stunner. Open next in 2027.
