5/11/24, 7:18 PM - Comment made zero sense.
5/11/24, 7:47 PM - Do I know you. This wine is subpar. I think I know how to do a review. Are you a wine pro?
5/12/24, 1:55 PM - Nice fake account. I stand by all my reviews and many follow me.
5/15/24, 5:58 PM - Well we won't here from you again spammer.
5/15/24, 3:07 PM - The 2021 is equally as amazing. Nice note and for sure these need some air.
5/5/24, 3:21 PM - Have you ever had this wine prior? These wines are typically not like a Cali Syrah.
5/4/24, 3:37 PM - This is not a robust wine. Great minerals on it.
7/22/23, 4:31 PM - 2020 will go down as one of the worst vintages from Napa ever. Can't believe they made a wine that vintage and even more charging over $300.
5/3/24, 4:26 PM - Funny thing is the critics probably loved it. This is why they have become completely unreliable as Suckling surprise with the 98 and WS and WA 95 each. That is why cellar tracker is the best benchmark for making buying decisions.
5/1/24, 12:55 PM - Love the patience to try on day 2. So many give up on a wine.
4/26/24, 3:27 PM - Love your reviews as when you give a 92 I notice. Just sampled this wine and off the charts.
4/21/24, 7:22 AM - I would go 5 to 7 on these. I will drink one every 2 years at this point. Cheers.
4/21/24, 7:21 AM - That sounds right. Sell the rest and get some better wines.
4/21/24, 7:20 AM - Manufactured is a good description of Caymus wines made in the last 15 years or so.
4/20/24, 7:24 AM - Curious if you decanted. Someone brought this to an event and didn't decant and as a result did not show as well as these wines normally show.
4/12/24, 2:44 PM - this wine will be great in 5 plus years. There isn't a white wine from Washington for this price point that delivers every vintage. I would put this against any under $25 white wine in the world but MN we get some stellar deals.
4/5/24, 5:41 PM - Are you serious? The wines are amazing and yes love the Rhone. Why even comment which such a stupid comment.
4/5/24, 4:55 PM - You should have tried this day 2 and 3.
4/3/24, 4:34 PM - When these are on they are amazing for sure. Big fan of Pax.
3/24/24, 1:37 PM - One of the better deals from WTSO for sure.
4/2/24, 3:28 PM - For sure gold. Saw the 2016 vintage at a local shop for $85.00.
3/17/24, 3:19 PM - Just need a gently push to prepare the wine properly. Never understood the laziness of some when attending a wine event. Decanting is so easy.
3/30/24, 7:26 PM - ?
3/30/24, 5:45 AM - Agree this is way too young but shows great potential.
3/24/24, 1:34 PM - This wine is darker than a Pinot. Low acidity also.
3/23/24, 1:38 PM - Love the 3 day thing! I have been impressed with 2011 as it was not a maybe a perfect vintage but I like the more elegant wines it produced.
3/23/24, 3:14 PM - My wife does not drink wine much so probably how I started the whole concept for sure. Cheers.
3/23/24, 7:54 AM - I have had this wine twice. Once I liked it and last weekend did not like it. Agree with the vegetal nature and actually got a lot of dill on this which I don't like and almost never get in American wines. Probably a reason it is on winebid right now.
3/23/24, 7:16 AM - More important than the wine which Who Episode?
3/23/24, 7:16 AM - Should be good anytime through 2030.
3/21/24, 3:27 PM - An all-out rant and you can't even post the disgorgement date. Yes that makes a huge difference.
3/19/24, 4:44 PM - I do hope you decanted these wines. If not you missed out.
3/19/24, 4:42 PM - Now where did I see that 3 day thing? Great note and hard to believe they have any left of this at the winery.
3/19/24, 4:41 PM - Great review. I can't think of 3 better domestic producers of Chardonnay in Oregon or California than Morgen Long.
3/17/24, 3:20 PM - One bottle was good and the other terrible. See my other note.
3/14/24, 3:41 PM - Start with 2 and check in every hour on the decant. Always hard to tell on wines what is the perfect amount but for sure two hour minimum.
3/13/24, 3:34 PM - As she would. Not everyone loves good wine.
3/11/24, 3:17 PM - Matt you are generous on the scoring on this one.
3/11/24, 3:16 PM - Very accurate note on this one.
3/10/24, 8:32 AM - Not one person out of 11 liked this at a blind tasting. Green and astringent it was.
11/26/23, 5:05 PM - You can't be serious with this review.
3/10/24, 8:28 AM - Are you sure it was not Cherry Pie which is high quality. Cherrycream is one of those Total Wine Exclusives that tastes like either Syrah or Zin.
3/10/24, 8:27 AM - Not sure why it was selected as it is a $50 wine. Anderson's Conn Valley Reserve or numerous Washington State Cabs would have been much better for a few more dollars.
3/1/24, 8:14 AM - This is better than 91 points. See my 2 3 day wine reviews. You are right that it will improve with time.
3/8/24, 1:47 PM - It would have been better on day 2. This wine is extremely young in its life.
3/8/24, 1:46 PM - Excellent note. Agree this will age nicely.
3/7/24, 8:37 PM - What is this day 2 stuff?
3/7/24, 8:05 PM - Love the follow over a few days approach. This is one of the better white wines under $25 out there for sure.
3/7/24, 5:50 AM - There is a flaw feature. No one else is experiencing this with this wine. Contact the winery and get a refund.
3/2/24, 7:03 AM - I have tasted this wine 3 times and day 4 was still showing strong. Most be an off bottle as never got any greenness on this wine.
3/1/24, 4:02 PM - It is dry but cheap and ok not so much.
3/1/24, 3:29 PM - Where did you get them? Sunfish has a great price on them. They will age a long time.
2/28/24, 2:36 PM - Nice note. Some did not get this but I am happy to say I sold this one out.
2/28/24, 11:35 AM - Nice note. Just got a bottle today and really good on a pop and pour but will see it over 3 days. Cheers.
2/27/24, 3:23 PM - Still waiting on those detailed notes.
2/25/24, 3:49 PM - Got two bottles so will drink one this summer
2/23/24, 11:47 PM - Bottle is not flawed and I have probably 50 plus notes on Kevin's wine. Over 2 days a well below average effort but we will see on day 3. I missed your review on this one however.
2/25/24, 7:12 AM - First of all publish your results and second of all check out my 4 day wine review on this wine. Unlike most I actually take a look at a wine's real evolution. No one drinking the bottle I had blind would have given it a good score on day 1. I know a lot of people on this site rate favorable on a name and not on the actually the wine in the glass. Personally you are drinking this one too young.
2/24/24, 8:23 AM - Had it at an in store tasting so no loss. I find it hard to find a good Chardonnay under $25. Been buying a lot of Tyler on auction and those usually are in the $35 with shipping. Been in the Twin Cities a long while since 1985. Some good wine groups here. Cheers.
2/18/24, 12:45 PM - Probably not worth $60 plus via auction
