Bought 7 years ago from Chateau directly. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of cassis, vanilla, toast, violet, mineral, chocolate, black currant. Medium+ acidity and medium+ tannin. In its drinking window with many years ahead.

Nose is pronounced and already drinking well despite its youth. Notes of toast, biscuit, bread, yeast, apple, pear, lemon. High acidity and well balanced on palate.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon and organic. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of cassis, vanilla, toast, smoke, blackfruits. 2013 is an excellent vintage for Napa. Drinking well now with potential for ageing.

Armand Rousseau Dinner: Pronounced nose intensity with notes of mushroom, truffle, graphite, red fruits, spices, toast. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Long finish. Aeration 4 hours in bottle. Surprisingly for a weaker vintage in 2001 it’s still performing very well.
