Big, full body and juicy Merlot with ripe dark berry anc cherry aromas. On the palate, the tannins are soft with hints of cedar, vanilla and tobacco. Long finish with a nice lingering dark cherry and blueberry notes.

Deep pink, cranberry color. On the nose, aromas of strawberries and cranberries,. This is medium bodied rose with good acidity and balance providing a vibrant and refreshing mouthfeel.

Deep ruby in color and full bodied. On the nose, there is a pronounced intensity of dark cherries, strawberry jam with hints of leather. This is a big, juicy Pinot that is incredibly balanced. The finish is long with notes of dark cherries, oak and tobacco. Although this wine is young, it is approachable. It is developing and will continue to improve in the bottle over the next 5 - 7 years.

Dark berries, black currants, earthy notes..very concentrated dark berry notes..nice balance of fruit and alcohol, long lingering finish w/ notes of black berries, tobacco and clove. This wine is very approachable now but will continue to evolve for the next 5 years.

The wine has medium intensity with a ruby color. On the nose, it's clean, there are notes of red cherries, strawberry jam, cloves w/ hints of tobacco. On the palate, the fruit shines with great balance of acid and tannins. The finish is long. This wine is outstanding and will continue to develop and improve with age.

This is a lighter Beaujolais with aromas of red cherries and earthiness. On the palate, you get red fruits and hints of white pepper. There's ample acidity to give the wine a lively finish.

Big, bold wine. On the nose there's dark, black fruits, anise and earthy, leathery notes. The finish is long with ample tannins to age. Although young, it is approachable now but should evolve very nicely over the next 5-10 years.

Dark berries and peppery notes on the nose. This wine is a bit too young to drink at this time. With the big bold fruit and nice finish, I would be interested to see how this wine will evolve over next 2-3 yrs.

This is a very nice wine. It needed at least 30 min. to open up. On the nose there's a display of blue berries and blackberries, tobacco, coffee and anise. This a full bodied cab that is bold and impressive. There are hints of vanilla w/ a sweet oakiness. The tannins are soft and round w/ a very long finish. This wine seems like it's jsut starting to display more interesting and complex flavors...can't wait to try it in 5-7 years.

A very nice medium-full bodied cab. On the nose there's a display of dark berries and tobacco. There are notes of black berries, tea, vanilla and sweet oak on the palate.

This is a beautiful full bodied Syrah. On the nose you get jammy black fruits, smokiness and hints of cloves, anise and cinnamon. The tannins are soft and smooth with a long and lingering finish. This is very nice now but should continue to evolve very well over the next 5-7 years.

On the nose you get nice ripe dark fruits...blackberries, black currants, plum w/ hints of coffee and anise. The flavors are beaming w/ dark berries and cassis. This is a full body wine with soft tannins that should continue to evolve nicely for the next 7-10 years.

This is a nice full bodied syrah. We had this wine with venison medallions and grilled steak. It paired extremely well. On the nose there's dark berries, tobacco and hints of cured meats. On the palate, there's a load of ripe dark berries, smokiness, and white pepper with soft tannins. Although still in its youth, it is drinking very well now and should evolve well over the next 5-7 years.

This is a very nice wine. It is still in its youth but approachable. On the nose you get dark berries, dark cherries and hints of anise and clove. On the palate you get dark berry preserves, chocolate, lead pencil and a hint of new leather. This wine has a nice long finish. This wine should evolve well over the next 5-7 years.

The wine looks straw colored. It exhibits aromas of grapefruit, lemon peel and honeysuckle. On the palate you have grapefruit, floral scents and some hay. The body is light/medium. The wine has high acidity.

We had this wine side by side with the 2009 Epoch Tepranillo (non-reserva). It was very apparent with the longer barrel aging of the Reserva, the 2 are very different. The reserva had more notes of dark berries, vanilla, earthiness and "muscle" whereas the non-reserva was more fruit forward on the nose. After about 2 hours of oxidation, the wine opened even more so revealing more earthiness and tobacco notes. This is a very powerful wine and is a great effort by Epoch.

Wow! This is a fruit bomb! There are notes of dark berries, chocolate, licorice and new leather. There are hints of sweet spices of cinnamon and cloves. The finish is long and very pleasing on the palate. The color is dark purple, still showing its youth. This wine is very well balanced with soft round tannins. I would like to try this wine again in 5-7 years.

This wine is medium bodied, ruby colored wine. After opening, it took at least an hour for it to come around. There are notes of old leather, blue berries and wet earth. There are also hints of cinnamon spice and licorice. This wine is a classic example of the old traditional Rioja style Tempranillo. This paired very well with roasted rack of lamb.

This is a medium bodied wine with a lot of complexity. On the nose, you get hints of dark berries, pencil lead, tobacco and old leather. It is very balanced and is a wine that demands to be drank with food. We paired this with a roasted rack of lamb along with a side dish of wild mushrooms sauteed in olive oil, butter and garlic. The richness of the lamb and earthiness of the wild mushrooms were a fantastic match.

This is an incredible wine. Being a 2012 vintage, it is still very young as the deep purple color indicates. Although still in its youth, it is very approachable with an intense fruit and soft tannins. On the nose, there is gush of blackberry, plum and lead pencil. Dark berries, smoky meats and black pepper with hints of chocolate coats the palate. This is a full body wine with a very long finish. It has good acidity and should evolve very well for the next 5-7 years. I would be very interested to try this wine during that time.

We had this wine with grilled swordfish...very nice! The wine has citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime. It has a hint of hay but not so much as to take away from the beautiful fruit. This is a very well balanced wine with good acidity to pair very well with fish.

This is a very nice wine...notes of peach and baked apples with a hint of almond. There is a light oak on the palate without taking away from the fruit. This is a very well balanced wine with the right amount of acidity.
