Daffodil yellow; initially dramatically strange after a couple of minutes provided an intriguing enticement; a tropical note underpinned by a lovely purity which persists on the fin. Probably will age well but no need.

Good colour; typical ethereal bouquet from CT; sets out with NSD earthiness bur evolves during four hours into a silky, sleek red Burgundy. Some would consider this underpowered, it is well balanced & proportioned wine. Best drunk soon.

Shade deeper than 2023, ie remains pale; classic, expansive bouquet, spearmint & the merest petrol note; bone dry, lovely poise, touch phenolic yet ripe. Deft, lingering finish. Fully open for business.
