Still too early to drink. Nose is very closed and didn’t open up even after 4 hours. Wait another 3-5years

Nose very closed. Taste rather young, light, fresh black berry, red fruit. Tannines present, more than expected for this 2017. Misses depth. Probably too early. Might wait 2 more years, but not sure if the wine will hold for more years.

Nothing special, might be too young, but i don’t think this will evolve positively

Excellent Bordeaux! Every bottle number is uniquely engraved in the glass. Reached full maturity now but will certainly last for another 5-7 y. No need to wait. No decanting needed. Poored after about half an hour. Earthy color. Nose is sweet tobacco, leather. Pallet a little oaky touch in the end. Tasted two bottles, in the last one which was opened and poored immediately, the oak and some tannine was still present. Glad I drank only 5 of 18 bottles so far.

Still too early to drink. Needs at least 3 hours decanting before serving. Nose is disappointing. Taste lots of tannines, cherry.
Even after 5 hours still not fully opened. I changed the rating from 93 to 90.

Too young to drink. Still lots of tannines. Dark fruit. Wait at lease 3 years, but probably small drinking window, 2026-2030.

Opened and tasted without decanting. Absolutely great and extraordinary taste but a little over the top. The bottle is one three left out of 12 I bought and stored under good conditions. Color shows ripeness. Nose is not great, with mainly wood, some earth, some leather. Taste of honey is quite overwhelming with some plum. Starts deteriorating after one hour. Still a great wine but over the top. Must drink now without decanting.

Amazing wine. Nose is very powerful, leather, cacao, slightly vanilla. Dark plum, tobacco. No need for decanting. At its best now.

Opened 1 of 8 bottles from my cave. Nicely filled up to the neck. Cork smelled moldy and broke. Decanted but poured and tasted immediately. Surprisingly it was in an excellent shape! Taste of gingerbread, caramel. Really amazing this sixty year old bottle was still very nice. After one hour it started to oxidate.

When I opened the bottle it was a dissappointment. But after one hour the wine surprisingly opened up and was wonderful, but only coming to its full potential after two hours. Very good.

Still good. Unbelievable wine. Drink immediately after opening. No decanting.

Tasted this wine with our Wine Tasting club. From the 12 bottles I picked the one nicelly filled in the neck. After decanting and resting for less than half an hour, it was still remarkably good. First nose was fade, but after 10 minutes, the wine opened completely. Looked and tasted like a real old wine does. Dark fruit, plum, caramel. Lovely. Can't wait to open other bottles. Considering its age and quality, this wine should rate 100!
