This 2003 PC is singing right now! Decanted for 2 hours back in the bottle for one more hour. Nose or perfume layer then dark berries and earth. Finish was delicious and sensational. Last about 20 seconds. Balanced and ready!

Loved it the next day after closing the bottle right after pour. I can imagine a 4 hours decant would equal closing bottle for 24 hours. The taste though it is so delicious. Sweet and sour berries but so balanced!

Ready to show it's stuff. PNP and revisited every 15 minutes by the two hour it was humming. Nose: like walking into an oak saw room with organic soil from Rhone and have a basket of dark fruits with some fresh flowers with some open spices container. Unbelievable nose. Very dark Berry color with medium weight. The finish is delicious and long.

Pop and pour and boom the flavors come out! Took a whiff and dark fruits with some earthiness not over top but enough to be pleasant. Swirled the glass and the color and structure were as a good wine should be with legs in the glass. But the winner for me is the taste and how to coats and tingles your mouth. Really enjoyable pnp Cabernet that came together nicely and ready now.

This wine is still alive and well. You can cellar it for another 5 years without any worries. It will get better actually as it is still has lot of tannins on the front. The next day after glass pour and cork back in the next day it worked out all the issues and sweetness and earthiness came to the front. Beautiful texture and structure. Good finish.

What a good wine experience. Spices and flowers on the nose. Balanced and in drinking window but the taste what does it for me. Very satisfying and lingers in the mouth for 30 seconds. Opened bottle for 3 hours and drank over next three hours.

Opened the bottle for one hour and poured into a glass. Smooth, balanced and delicious. Medium palate so it coats your mouth for about 20 seconds. Good texture. Drink now and for 3 more years.

Two hours of decanting into my glass and watch it develop for the next two hours. Mainly it's a balanced juice with a good feel in the glass and a nose of enter the woods and smell the wood and the terrain. The taste coats your mouth with satisfaction due to the weight and balance. Successful attempt.

Had at the winery with Mr. Dave Del Dotto. He was generous enough to open a bottle for us. It was amazing. It gets a hold of your mouth and does not let go. A great wine.

Super slow athletic legs in the glass which means that it a great structure and texture. Slow oxed for two hours and decanted for two hours which was not enough. It got better in the last glass. Nose of dark fruit and earthiness. Grips and coats your mouth for 30 seconds. Better with a long decant like 5 hours.

Pnp at friend's house. It gave a nose of light perfume mixed with dark fruits. Coming together with a good balance and structure. Light but delicious finish. Drink now but can cellar for few more years.

Decanted for 6 hours and could have used more! Still very young! Hint of secondary development but not quite yet. I say 3 more years! Has potential but not sure if it will ever reach Parker's perfect score! Coats your mouth and lasts few seconds.

The best of Antinori work. So elegant and classic. Nose of heaven filled with dark fruits, spices and earthiness. Great balance and texture and a delicious taste and finish. Drinking well now with 3 hours of slow ox and one hour of decanting.

Had earlier tonight at a restaurant called True Food. One hour decanting but can use more air so I recommend three hours in the decanter. Very good wine for the money. A bit on the lighter side but in a good way. Last glass was the best. Good finish!

Sediments are present but fabulous wine! Nose of perfume and later black ripe cherries! Very slow legs on the glass. Very balanced with some heat present but manageable! Where this wine shines is in the finish! It lingers on for one minute. Highly recommend.

Dark ruby almost black. Like syrup in the glass with healthy legs. Cork was 3/4 of the way wet. Great nose that kept developing in the glass and long delicious finish. This was my oldest wine that I drank that was still good.

Wow wow... Where to begin? Unbelievable nose of perfume and petals. So balanced and a finish that lingers. Decanted for two hours and got better in the glass. The cork is so intact you can't help but think that this Solaia will last for decades.

Had tonight at my friend's Johnny. I have to admit that I went in with low expectations since it's a second flight and some tasters gave it low 90s. Bottle went into decanter for 2 hours and we drank it slow. Very dark color. Nose changed from dark fruits and cinnamon to dark fruit, light spice and vanilla. The wine tasted pleasant and finish was good. Extremely slow legs in the glass. Overall good wine. It did calm down in the glass after a while which tells me if you have any bottles of this 2007 you want to drink up!

Had at my friend Mike S. Last night. He decanted for 2 1/2 hours and we slowly drank over the next 4 hours. It kept developing until the third hour. Silky juice with nose that went from milk and dark berries on to earth and soil on to more fruits and then perfumes. The finish was long. Great wine overall. Starting to drink well but will benefit from more cellaring.

Some tasters here CT trashed this wine. Ok so for the money you can do better but nevertheless it's still a decent wine. Had some action on the nose and some structure. I liked it. Decanted for 2 hours.

This wine keeps impressing. Excellent nose of earth, spices, chocolate and dark fruits. The finish is really good as it demands your attention after swallowing. Excellent wine for the money. Decanted for 3 hours and drank slowly and again it did not disappoint. Will even get better in the next 5 years.

A friend brought it to restaurant. He said he decanted for three hours. I liked it overall but I brought 2002 Axios which is half the money and it was as good. Good nose and structure. Would have rather to tried it in a quiet place and concentrated more on the wine.

2 hours of decanting. Good CDP bottle. Lot of activities here with good balance and maturity. Nose of perfume and spices. Good finish it demands your attention after swallowing which is a trade mark of a good wine. Thick legs in the glass. Got better in the glass.

Cork was 90% wet which means I gotta drink my other 3 bottles soon. Olives, spices and sour ripe fruits nose. Stings your mouth but not in a bad way. Taste a tiny bitter. Does have complexity though. Overall a good experience.

Just light on its feet. Pleasant nose and finish. Little complexity just enough to enjoy. Will not knock you off your socks but you will not mind drinking it either. Needs couple of hours of decanting. Much better the next day! Perfume nose and good finish.

Fabulous bottle. Cork fell apart on me but thank God the juice inside was still intact! 2 hours of slow ox and drank over next three hours. Great nose of ripe black cherry, hint of sweet cinnamon. Unbelievable taste and finish that stung my tongue in a delicious way for 45 seconds. It was my only bottle but I just located 5 more and I can't wait to revisit this wine.
