10/21/23, 6:24 AM - She likes bold new world wines with lots of fruit and decent octane.
8/9/21, 4:25 PM - I've found the Cristina and Walker Hill palatable, not special. Can't see how people like these wines. Quite harsh, acidic, marginal fruit, and not better over a decade of aging many varietals. Maybe Pax was an important cog. Who knows.
6/27/21, 3:01 PM - Can't answer the question of how much longer this will go, as I don't remember the wine. But you may have given me the inspiration to pop another bottle so I'll give it a shot in my next comment..
9/23/20, 12:54 PM - Initially decanted about 90 minutes. Consumed over the following 2-3 hours.
10/21/18, 6:26 AM - Only a brother in law can make a comment like that
7/15/18, 10:35 AM - Would be a little surprised if this wine improved with time. Can certainly go a few more years but not sure it would make it 8-10. That's my guess and I'm not 100% sure how the pro's are able to make an accurate prediction.
2/2/18, 10:09 AM - No flawSorryEntered on cell phone and checked the wrong box
12/14/17, 4:01 PM - Really????Life is good.Very much a WC Fields comment....all over an $18 bottle of wine.....
2/10/16, 8:03 AM - Didn't mean to be flippant and I certainly don't have the palate of Robert Parker. We've tasted both in northern and southern Spain. I really like their Ribera del Duero and Priorat wines. We have a wonderful two and a half year old Landseer named Pingus. Kudos to Spain, but I just don't enjoy Rioja.
3/31/13, 5:17 AM - Frank,Have enjoyed your comments in the past. We must share mailing lists as your name crops up frequently. I still enjoy the big red Cali wines, but I enjoy sitting on them longer than most. I think the Gary's vineyard could probably go another four years. Have not tried the Soberanes but have wasted a lot more money on less promising wines.
Thanks for letting us know about this problem. We will review your comments and be in touch soon with an update.
