2014 Château Rauzan-Ségla Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend

This i like. The nose is full of Margaux dark fruit, the palate is balanced and displays plum marmalade figs and cedar wood with Tabaco and pine straws. Medium body and a medium finish. Like most quality Bordeaux it needs a couple of hours to open up but I did not decant. This is a good one.

Silky smooth dark fruit fantastically balanced and every sip makes you reach for the next. Elegance in layers that keeps your palate dancing. Great one.

2/4/22, 12:25 PM - I agree it is still young and a bit tight. I gave it a couple of hours and was impressed with the delivery. I will still leave the rest of the crate few more years. Even if not maximized non the less a very good and enjoyable drink today.
