Very nice cab. Dark garnet in the glass and a little hot on the nose. Solid black fruit with flavors of sweet and tart blueberry, vanilla and moderate tannins.

Outstanding for a 14 yo bottle. Dark garnet in color with slight brixing with complex nose of black current & mild pepper. Deep complex but subtle & balanced flavors of black fruit, cigar box & mild white pepper with smooth tannins - a well balanced merlot blend that has great complexity.

Wonderful peppery syrah. Deep garnet in the glass. Nose of blackberry and smoke. Rich blue and black fruit upfront wrapped in pepper crusted roast beef notes and cedar smoke. Full bodied wine with deep tannins. Need to eat something very rich with this wine.

Golden Straw color. This had a hint of sweetness which was nice w/ ham and quiche. Wonderful citrus fruit on the nose w/ grapefruit and honeysuckle on the palate and a medium finish.

Light straw in the glass. This a citrus driven wine with lots of acidity. Lemon and grapefruit on the nose with a hint of fresh flowers. In the mouth it starts dry, which I like, with loads and loads of young grapefruit and just bit of pineapple. Finishes a bit bitter and short.

Fantastic Pinot that went well w/ the Xmas Roast Beef and Salmon. Rich garnet color and semi translucent edges. Nose of cherry wood smoke, forest floor and roses - a wonderful nose. The fruit is young and vibrant with Rainer Cherry notes upfront coupled with cassis. The tannins are silky smooth with notes of smoke, roast meats and cola hints. It is a very long finish for this soft medium bodied wine.

The black tongue never disappoints. Deep and dark in the glass. Big black and blue notes upfront with lots of depth in the tannins with pencil, roasted meat and smoke notes. Wonderful long finish.

I really do adore this wine (and winery).

Rich garnet in the glass w/ slight bricking on the rim. Cassis, menthol, herbs and cedar smoke on the nose. Ripe blackberry compote with fresh raspberry red notes intertwined in this medium bodied young wine. Tannins are like a velvet hammer of saddle leather with background notes of roasted meat and pencil but still linger in the long and lovely finish.

Garnet color in glass. Briar and cherry blossom nose. Wonderful, mediium bodied wine with some nice cherry jam fruit surrounded by wonderful blueberries and hibiscus. This drank more like a pinot noir than a CDP. Just outstanding.

Wonderful Napa Cab but didn't live up to the hype. Deep garnet in the glass. Nose of blackberries and peppers. Fruit forward blackberry with some vegetal notes wrapped in really tight tannins following a medium finish. Nice for the price but there is better.

What a steal - fantastic Burgundy style chard. Just simply bottled awesome! Rich golden straw color. Wonderful big nose of buttered honeysuckle and apple blossom. Rich apple, pear notes with nice apricot with buttered tannins but still with a clean finish. This is drinking wonderfully right now.

Wow - this was a phenomenal wine. The nose is floral with cassis, blue fruit notes, pencil lead and cedar. Well integrated and youthful blackberries and black cherries are well balanced with notes of green pepper, tobacco & cedar. The tannins have melted into the fruit leaving a rich an creamy mouth feel and a long smooth finish. This wine could have stayed in the cellar for another 4 years.

Shouldn't have listed to the "drink by" date. This is still a very youthful wine.

Wonderful nose in the glass of a sweet grapefruit and white peach. Smooth and deliciously sweet (but not too sweet) beautifully blended with the grapefruit, peach and pear notes of the wine. A wonderful expression of a late harvest sauvignon blanc.

Deep golden straw color. Wonderful nose of buttered corn and white raspberries. Rich red notes upfront but with a minerality of a white. Complexit with the buttered toast notes and a long finish.

Wonderful Chard. I could have let it wait another year. The oak was nicely balanced with the fruit and not overly butterly. A wonderful expression of a Oregon Chard

Such a great Oregon Pinot. Garnet color. Big nose of baked dark cherries with toasted nuts and floral notes. The cherries appear on the palate and they are rich and ripe with soft blue notes. The wine has a great round mouth feel as well as some well integrated tannins. The acidity sticks around for a while.

Last of my 2001 Dunhams and it is kicking tons of sediment to decant or pour carefully. Deep garnet that fades to bricks on the rim. Nose of well integrated black pepper, cassis, cedar, roasted meats black cherry and pencil lead. A wonderfully complex nose. The fruit is incorporated into a lovely deep bouquet of blackberry, black cherry and cedar box. Dark fruit forward well integrated into some silky tanins and nice black pepper & vanilla oak in a nice long finish.

Inky purple in the glass with brixing on the rim. Cassis, ripe blueberry and disel on the nose. Rich cassis and briar upfront w/ some cherry cola notes wrapped in tightly wound cedar noted tannins and some tabac on the front of the finish. Medium full bodied finish and tasting wonderfully right now. This wine has had some staying power.

What a wonderful pinot. Garnet in color with nice legs. Medium bodied with rich cassis, fig and cherries upfront followed by some nice roasted meat notes wrapped in satin tannins and an extremely long finish.
