Very dark gold color. Camomile and butter dominate the nose, with an off putting metallic tone. This might need a decant and it’s probably just over the hill. Same elements on the palate with mild acidity. Medium depth with some acid on the finish. Not what I was expecting, but probably waited too to drink.

PnP. Dark red, almost purple color. Cherries and stewed fruit on the nose. Massive oak on the palate with cedar and stewed fruit. Medium depth and long finish. Good value.

Exquisite gold color. Insane nose! Minerals, beeswax, and subtle honey. Same on the palate. Oily, dense texture, which I love. This is right in my wheelhouse! I could swirl this in my mouth all night!

1hr+ decant. Dark red color. Everything seemed a bit tired and underwhelming. Dark cherries with subtle oak and tannins. Was expecting more. Medium minus depth and finish.

375ml. Give this a little time to open up. Beeswax and butterscotch dominate, with some stone fruit. Low acidity with medium plus depth. Very good.

This was awesome! PnP. Dark red color with subtle maroon tones. Cedar, bramble, and rustic elements on the nose. Smells very high quality. Bramble with subtle earth and tobacco on the palate. Nice complexity with tannins that are integrated with a nice sweetness. I’ll be buying some!

Warm weather is here, so time to break out the Ribolla Gialla!

Orangish gold color. Honeysuckle, lavender, and perfume/floral tones. Wasn’t what I was expecting from having many past vintages. Wine is more refined and less acidic than I’m used to. That’s not bad, wine just seems mellower than normal but more complex.

Darker gold color. Amazing nose, could smell the empty glass all night long. Minerality, melons, a touch of lemon, and butter on the nose and palate. Complex wine with decent acidity. Enjoyed it!

PnP. Better than the Overture in my opinion. Much deeper and more complex. Ample dark fruit with bramble and some minor CDP elements. Very deep with a medium plus finish.

PnP. Bordeaux like with more fruit and less earth/wood. Velvety texture but lighter and thinner than expected. Wouldn’t turn down a glass.

Short decant. Red color with subtle maroon tones. Lots of tea on the nose and a subtle herb that I can’t determine. Olives and herbs with more tea on the palate. On the lighter side.

This is just insane!! Medium gold color. Nose of lemongrass, butter, and subtle metallic tones. Super complex and more White Burg than Napa Chard. Medium plus depth and finish. Good luck finding it, if you do let me know, but I have my ways ;)

Magnum. PnP. Nice with solid fruit and great depth. Nothing that blew me away but wouldn’t turn down a glass.

Finished two days later and was better, upgrading to 95.

This was great! Reminded me of all those great Bordeaux’s we had while in London. 1hr+ decant. Purple color with maroon tones. Dominated by cedar on the nose and palate. Medium plus depth and finish, which had some olives/CDP on it. Well integrated tannins with a nice sweetness.

Light gold, but honestly more pink than anything. Subtle brioche and mushrooms on the nose. Rich, vibrant, and deep. Last had on my 40th birthday. One of my favs! Happy Easter!

Short decant and definitely drinking young. Needs age as it was up to par with other bottles/vintages. Tannins definitely present and fruit was restrained. Still great though!

PnP. Lovely dark red color. Stewed, candied fruit on the nose with some oak/vanilla. Wouldn’t guess Napa Cab based on the nose, probably something from Italy like Amarone or something from Rhone. Similar on the palate yet reserved, but decent amount of sweetness. Fades pretty quick, but very unique and a great price point!

PnP. Dark red color with purple elements. Deep, dark fruit on the nose. A little sryah like. Oak is present and integrated on the palate, which also has cigarette and cocoa flavors. Awesome texture and medium depth/finish. Nice value!

Drank over many months. Not really my style. Wasn’t bad, but wouldn’t buy again. Coffee, plums, prunes, and subtle chocolate. Almost black in color. Very rich and deep. Was a charity purchase which is all that matters!

1hr+ decant. This start out amazing but faded over time. Lovely dark red color with purple rims. Nose contained refined dark cherries and subtle baking spices. A nice sweetness was well balanced with the very present tannins but this fell out of balanced over time. The depth and finish were both great but also faded. Very nice wine that had so much more potential.

PnP. Lovely dark red color. Eucalyptus, cedar, caramel, and dark cherries on the nose. A nice sweetness on the palate with nice tannins and complexity. Might have to upgrade my score as this keeps getting better. Medium depth and long finish that has some port on the tail end.

Not sure why the low ratings, maybe others drank too early? Slightly gold hue but pretty translucent. Minerality and apples dominate, with hints of plastic. No oak what so ever. Got better over an hour. Medium plus depth and medium finish. I love wines from the St. Aubin region. Didn’t knock my socks off but really good. Another 2-5yrs might really help.

Wow! Awesome bottle/wine! Lovely gold color. Butter, minerals, Meyer lemons, camomile, and melons on the nose. Same on the palate with a refined texture and massive depth. Super complex wine that could go toe to toe with high-end White Burgs!! Prime drinking age, sad it’s my last of this vintage.

I thought this started to get overpriced, I am dead wrong!! Worth every penny!!

My last two bottles of Continuum have both been below average.

1hr+ decant. Dark red color. Nice nose of mature cherries, earth, and subtle baking spices. Wine was tannic, spicy, and unrefined. Medium plus depth but weak finish. Disappointing for the price.

This was awesome. Exactly my style. Well balanced between butter, nuts and fruit, acidity. Many years left in this. Not sure why scores aren’t higher, but they’ll come around. These Chards need age so give at least 5yrs.

Half bottle. Light gold color. Nose dominated by petrol and maybe some melons and pineapples. Wine is very deep and more sweet than acidic. On the younger side with potential.

This opened up nicely after 20 mins+, even got some subtle lilac tones.

Went for the oldest vintage on the wine list. Was fine, but probably better bottles/value. Not much fruit/flavor at first but was better with air and food. Tannins still present but moderated.

This was great! 1hr+ decant. Dark red color. Dark fruit and rustic elements on the nose. Palate reminded me of all those great Bordeaux’s we had with dinners in London! Medium plus depth and medium finish, that had a high quality taste to it. Awesome!

1hr decant but probably could have PnP’d. Nice dark red color. Some cedar and dark cherries on the nose. Easy to drink. Nothing remarkable or off putting, just a solid wine. Fades pretty quick with medium depth and finish.

Light gold color with ever so subtle green hues. Ripe apples and pears on the nose. Big apples on the palate with some metallic elements. No oak and sweeter than most Chards I drink. Fairly thick wine with a medium plus finish. For $12, not sure you can do better!

This keeps getting sweeter and sweeter, the Riesling influence definitely coming through.

More of a summer wine, but drinking great tonight. Also, if you’re a beer lover this wine might be for you. Cloudy, gold/orange color. You can smell the tartness on the nose, and if blindfolded might even think it’s a vibrant red. Sour fruit and wood on the palate. Medium plus depth and finish. Love the uniqueness and complexity!!
