This bottle should be wrapped in a Sun-Maid label. Raisins are too dominant and overpowering. Instead of tossing it, we did the next best thing and made an Amarone risotto.

4/25/18, 3:25 PM - Are you aware the ripasso method used to make Amarone takes the grapes 1/2 way to raisindom?? I loved this wine, but then I love the Amarone flavor profile
