Just as expected. I stopped purchasing after the 2010. I wish it wasn’t so expensive because I love it

Really nice, resolved tannins with soft red fruit. Everything I look for in a NorCal Syrah.

This is just an excellent wine. Pure, clean Shiraz flavor. Lot's of rich fruit I wish I could get my hands on more of this. I first tasted at the artisan Wine makers in Barossa.

I look at this bottle every year for our annual Christmas tree. Decorating bottle of champagne. Finally, I pulled it. It is amazingly young and vibrant for a 34 year old champagne. Golden and viscous, Still with a little mousse. Just a hint of hazelnut. The palate is Tart with a very deep flavors Lemon zest and savory caramel. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
White - Off-dry

I have consumed four bottles of this wine over 15 years. I really don't see much development. Sweet with a muted nose.

I have had many bottles of sine qua non over the years. This really is one of my favorites. Best served on the cool side. Explosive nose. Very long on the palate with dark fruit. My sweet spot.

Not my favorite vintage of this wine. Does have a nice fruit relatively short finish.

Really a nice wine. I am not in the camp that this Has to be decanted or that it should take a long wait to drink. It is delicious right off the bat. Lovely warm fruit. Dark cherry with a hint of coffee. My sweet spot. Watch easier to drink them the more expensive wines from this producer.

From Magnum, it has been since 1994 that I had a Saxum with secondary fermentation. This one had significant fizz, which dissipated with a very vigorous shake and foaming over.

Interesting wine. No Real Oak. Very light color. Tangy tangy lemon zest. Very refreshing. A good summer drinker.

We took this bottle to Valley on the Square in Sonoma. The first glass was lovely and then for unclear reasons this wine basically turned into gelatin of Merlot. I've never seen this before it was weird and not good.

I really dislike this wine. Dark black in color with a great deal of fine gritty tannin. The fruit is over ripe. It is hard to understand how this could be both too sweet and too austere at the same time. Either me or my wife could finish a glass.

This wine has improved significantly over the last five years. Dark with no real bricking. The nose is gorgeous with dark fruits. Tannins remain but are in no way overwhelming. A pleasure to drink right now.

Secondary fermentation with a real spritz. I put my palm over the opening and gave it a vigorous shake. It fizzed up like a coke. After that it was better but not correct.

These Barolo are the most sensitive things. My small kitchen wine fridge-24 bottles went to 78 degrees for 24 hours with power outages last week. I have been drinking the exposed wines up to not let the heat be an issue. This wine was dark and muddy color and flavors, wildly different from the previous bottles purchased. Hope this is the answer. The other bottles are safely stored in the 58-61 degrees cellar,

I loved this wine in 2009, I loved this wine in 2014. It is continuing to be impressive. 9 of 14 bottles. Cool black fruit with no stewing. Long and delicious. I think this is their best vintage

Not the 2005 but a really nice cab. With Bryan’s odd shape 12oz NY strip. Dark with not a bit of translucency. Not anything that is bad with 07 Cali. Soft but structured. Drink now

Wow when I first started buying this wine it was suggested that it would need 20 years to show its stuff. This bottle is fresh and delicious. I don’t think that it is really showing tertiary flavor but it is a pleasure to drink

Badly oxidized. I bought 6 many years ago and stored them in the cellar. Hopefully just a bad bottle. I will have to try one of my remaining 4 sooner. Hopefully the remaining are not damaged
