Tasting Notes for Seneg

Unfortunately this is too late, more apple juice than wine. I bought this at the winery early august. the tasting was great there...maybe a flawed bottle..

carafed for 3 hours. first glass was a bit subdued but it opened nicely. So add an extra hour in the carafe. Drinks perfectly, not sure it will improve much more with time.
