Drank half bottle following day and it was a lot more open and fruit shining through. Clearly needs good dose of O2.

I haven't written a note on this wine before but it has a consistent SO2 on opening that blows off after a while. Pleasant but not great.

I thought drinking pretty well. Acidic for sure, a little clunky out of balance fruit/oak but pretty good. Screwcap with a Tin liner I don’t think this is going to develop much from here in the next 5+ years. Good drinking now.

Wow wasn’t expecting this to be quite so good. Medium body, minty. Drinking well.

I think this is drinking really well now. Nice austere nuttiness about it. I wish was under cork to see how could develop. Needs some oxygenation.

Beautiful. Not much to comment other than little thin on back palette but overall great.

Little thin for my liking but crisp and enjoyable. Maybe past peak or a bad bottle.

5th bottle from a 6 bottle case purchased on release and stored in good cellar conditions. Whilst a moderate browning the wine is still reasonably solid showing good primary fruit and some tannins. Drank well with roast pork.

Decanted for 2 hours and was ready for business. Full body with great length, acidity and balance. A great wine that will benefit from further cellaring.

Quite closed but maybe drinking too young but this is going to take a decade + to evolve under screwcap. Chalky tannins and a hint of medicinal (Asprin?) type characters. Good but not great.

Better than my 2012 previous bottle. Still tight. Give the last bottle another couple of years.

Wow, wasn't expecting this. Great balance of fruit (full of blackcurrants!), oak and mid palette tannins. Totally enjoyed.

Wow, wasn't expecting big things from this so a bit of a surprise. Delicious fruit, mid weight with a mid to full finish. Sultana style nose. Overall very good for the price point.

Drinking from a magnum this had a beautiful floral nose and whilst the palette was a little thin not a lot to give away its age. Not a lot of browning. Cork fell completely to pieces. Nice.

Popped and poured so this is still a very tight wine and to be fair needs decanting. Mid to full weight Pinot. Hailinpong nails the description.

Interesting. Smells like an NZ Pinot and tastes also a lot like a mid to full weight Pinot. Enjoyable.

Distinct Black Cherry, mid to full weight Pinot and quite minerally. Good quality/price. Opens up with some nice smokey notes. Would suggest to get some air through before drinking, Quite tight on intial opening,
