from an underrated vintage, this wine is drinking really well now. it doesn't have massive depth or complexity but it is a very pleasant drink. there are blackberry and cedar box flavours but it won't blow your socks off

wow! this is now a taste explosion! eventually the tannins have softened and the blackberry fruit flavour is singing out with all the complexity that you would want from a great left bank wine. great weight on the wine , fantastic viscosity and a flavour that goes on and on. top stuff! 95 might be unfair!

lightish weight wine but surprisingly satisfying. i wouldn't say that it had the ethereal qualities of a great burgundy but it has a definite mix of power and subtlety. probably needs drinking over the next few years

This is a real worry. Hopefully it is a one off but this is definitely past it. Clear signs of oxidation on the nose and the palate. As feared (if not a one off) the fruit was not strong enough to outlast the tannins.
