    90 % Malbec, 10% Merlot
    from Uco Valley, Vista Flores, Tunuyán, Mendoza, Argentina
    at 1,000 m with vines planted from 1999 to 2006 with 5,500 /ha
    under organic/biodynamic viticulture yielding 5-6,000 kg/ha.
    Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes. Hand sorted. Gravity fed.
    Fermented in new barrels. 45-60 day maceration.
    Full malolactic in new French oak barrels.
    100% aged 18 months in French oak barrels.
    Meticulous selection of outstanding barrels to go into this cuvee.

    Background: Estate began by Bertrand and Jean-Guy Cuvelier
    whose family owns chateaux in Bordeaux, including Léoville-Poyferré.

    B(alance)=3: Distinctive components in harmony.

    30-40 days vinification:
    7-day cold maceration at 8ºC;
    7-10 days fermentation at 28ºC;
    remainder post fermentation maceration.
    Full malolactic.
    100% aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
    14.7% Abv. 40.000 Bottles
