This is a problem that started to occur yesterday. Using my iPhone I scan the bar code on a bottle of wine prior ro relocating it. I click on the current bin and the screen shows me as many bins as can fit on the screen. So far so good. I have 288 individual bins and some more generic ones like Kitchen, Cabinet etc.

I scroll down the list of bins and it freezes at 277. I can see all the rest on the screen but cannot scroll down further.

I do not have this issue on my Desktop version.

Before I delete and reinstall the app to see if that might cure the problem are there other steps I should try first?

That did not work and I tried it more than once. When I delete the app and go to the Store to download it again, there is a cloud marker indicating either that this is an app that was previously on my iPhone or that it will download anew the version I have. Having said that I am by no means sure that I have a corrupted version of CT on my iPhone. I may well have a corrupted iPhone. I am going to wait and see if other apps "misbehave" and, if they do, I will reset my iPhone completely.

What happens in the mobile website on your phone? In Safari.

Eric, I am by no means the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to matters computer.

I have CT desktop on my Windows 10 PC. In the aspect of this thread it works normally.

I have the iPhone app on my iPhone 14 and my iPad 9th generation. These two exhibit the same problem that I cannot, in bottle replacement, scan to the last bin it the list. In my case it locks at bin 277 but displays on the screen all the other bins available and I have found I can highlight them and the relocation works. On my desk to version I can scroll to highlight the desired bin.

If there is a version of CT that I can access which has nothing to do with the IOS app , I need your help to access it.

On your phone open Safari. The web browser. Type www.cellartracker.com in the address bar. Browse to the mobile website. It is 99% the same as the mobile app. I am wondering if it behaves the same.

Sorry to have taken so long to reply. Yes, so far as I can tell the issue exists on my iPhone , my iPad and Mobile but not on my desktop. It is not critical because all my bins show on the screen. While I can no longer scroll to and highlight the last ones, since all the later bins show up on the screen I can actually select them
