We often get asked why certain pro reviews are not showing in the system. In most cases, it's because we haven't yet received that content from the author. (In other cases, we have the content, but it is either not mapped yet, or mapped to the wrong wine.) To help answer these questions, we've put together a help topic detailing the current update cadence, along with the date of the last reviews that have been integrated, for each publication. https://support.cellartracker.com/article/68-content-integration-status If you're looking for a review from the publication, and it's publication date is prior to the date shown in the help topic for the publication, you can reach out to support@cellartracker.com with the details and we can take a look. If the publication date is after the date listed, we appreciate your patience while we work to integrate the new content. While we are trying to move towards automated processes to speed up the addition of content, for many of them, it is a manual process to do the conversion and import and that takes extra time.
