Lots of stuff happening on the nose, honey, glue, green apple. Unfortunately the palate is only about the high acidity, no fruit to back it up, flat, short.
Wallpaper glue, coal, wet rock after a summer rain, petroleum, a bit funky that goes away with some air. Great balanced acidity to the sweetness, lots of apricots.
Fresh aroma, massive, red apples, bread, some maturity. On the palate more youthful, a bit short and not so intense acidity. In a perfect stage right now.
This is a very good wine but not my preferred style. Mature, massive aroma, brioche, oak, nutty, feels like the dosage is a bit high (guess it's not), medium acidity, tart

Lactic acid, green, way too young to be drunk now, lots of air helps but will surely benefit from cellaring. High acidity, massive tannins. Served blind I ended up with a young Tannat from Madiran.
Generous fruity, somewhat bombastic nose, pencil, licorice, vanilla, silky texture, smooth tannins, marvelous balance. Simply a beautiful Barossa that I would love to try again.
This is a marvelous wine. Pencil, caramel, dark berries, coffee, plum. Very smooth structure, intense ending with pepper, tannins m+, some bitterness from oak that adds another dimension.
