My career has been rooted in wine since the start and continues to morph in wild and wonderful ways from restaurants to retail and auction.

I began serving during the summers back from college on my home island of Martha’s Vineyard at a BYOB restaurant which introduced me to the alluring world of fine wine. I was immediately fascinated with the history, geography, topography, weather and (most importantly) cuisine of our world’s greatest wines and regions. I began commuting to Boston once a week to pass the WSET III with Merit, which led me onto a path towards retail and auction at Sotheby’s, and Skinner where I worked as Deputy Director of Fine Wine for the past five years. I crawled around dark and dusty cellars, hosted wine tastings and made editing and creating beautiful and accurate auction catalogues a focal point.

I was first introduced to CellarTracker as a user in 2012 when I inventoried a 10,000+ bottle wine collection and became extremely familiar with, and eternally grateful for the detail oriented and user friendly experience. I am thrilled to now be a part of the Editorial team, helping users like myself take full advantage of CellarTracker's many benefits.

My steadfast love for food and wine has brought me to the steps of Cantina Bartolo Mascarello, the cliffs of Clos St. Magdeleine, the hills of Virginia, the far reaches of New Zealand and most notably to our dining room, where nothing compares to a meal with friends and open bottles of wine scattered around the table.
