In wine, I’m a bit Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde: My Dr. Jekyll seeks energy and elegance, a thrum that resonates gracefully in your soul — soaring Burgundy, scintillating Riesling, ponderous Champagne. My Mr. Hyde is President of the Gewurztraminer Appreciation Station and Secretary of the Zinfandel Fanclub.
