Eric Hullander (Data Science)
Eric is a data scientist and joined the CellarTracker team in September. He originally comes from Knoxville, TN where he earned a master’s degree in electrical engineering while attending UTK and working as a researcher at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. There he initially became interested in and developed a passion for statistical learning, or what is now called data science, while using computers to solve problems in computer vision and computational fluid dynamics.
After finishing school, he moved to the Seattle area and has been working with data ever since, at first as an engineer and later officially pivoting to data science around 2015. When not busy analyzing stats, Eric can probably be found playing or listening to jazz in one of the various clubs around Seattle or occasionally in New York City.
