Exceptional wine. Yellow to pale gold, with a slightly muted nose that is more generous as the wine aerates and comes up in temperature. On the palate, very rich without being fat. Roussanne squared. Interesting enough, but then on the palate, wow! Full-bodied, low acidity, with great evolution. It starts with a bit of residual sugar, honey, then it's apple and peach, a savory note (Chinese medicine?), and a long, bitter Roussanne finish.
