Tasted by EdLark on 4/17/2024 & rated 91 points: Straw, lemon and surprisingly a hint of oak with a minerally finish. (62 views)
Tasted by Bsmith457 on 8/19/2022 & rated 95 points: Bright light golden colour. Aroma of struck match, lemon, grapefruit, straw. Lemon curd on the palate, sherbet, slightly unripe pineapple, dry finish, medium acidity. Good body with long finish. Sweet blended with the remaining acidity, just the way I like it.
Drinking well, enjoyable by itself. Expect it to stay like this for a couple of years before moving more into the maturation phase. (177 views)
Tasted by Bsmith457 on 4/30/2022 & rated 94 points: Very bright golden yellow colour. Aroma of river rocks, straw, preserved lemon. Lemon, talc, green apple, mandarin. Medium acidity, still fresh citrus based. Clearly starting to reduce the acidity some hints of sweetness creeping in. It will be a pleasant journey over the next few years. (199 views)
Tasted by Bsmith457 on 11/20/2021 & rated 95 points: Pale golden colour. Arma of dry citrus, fresh hay, lemon, pineapple, fresh running water. Medium acidity, fresh fruit slightly sweet. Honey, peach, lemon, pineapple. Easy to drink with the lemon coming out at the end. At its peak of flavour as far as I am concerned, will probably stay here for a couple of years before the slow maturing phase.
I wasn’t sure about mistletoe Semillons but this has it my faith back into them. Will certainly be getting some more. They are closing down soon. (236 views)
Tasted by Bsmith457 on 7/17/2021 & rated 91 points: Bright yellow, hint of green. Aroma of dry straw, peach and pineapple. Lemon, grapefruit, green apple. Strong citrus, sour finish. I look forward to the acid easing off a bit. Still young. Improves with some decanting. (300 views)
Tasted by Bouddi26 on 1/3/2020 & rated 92 points: Bold yellow colour. Nice aged semillon nose of lemon and citrus. Nice full body mouthfeel, with a fresh crisp lemon dry finish. Perfect with fried flathead fillets. (318 views)
