Lemon curd on the palate, sherbet, slightly unripe pineapple, dry finish, medium acidity. Good body with long finish. Sweet blended with the remaining acidity, just the way I like it.
Drinking well, enjoyable by itself. Expect it to stay like this for a couple of years before moving more into the maturation phase. I wasn’t sure about mistletoe Semillons but this has it my faith back into them. Will certainly be getting some more. They are closing down soon.
