Tasted by MJP Hou TX on 12/25/2023 & rated 92 points: At 11,966' this was served by the glass while we overlooking Mt. Washington in the distance.

Alpino Vino has become a tradition for the wife and I on Christmas Day. A slightly influenced ride down See Forever is one of the more cautious runs of the day.

A score of 92 most likely enhanced by the setting, altitude and my beautiful bride. (906 views)
Tasted by Marc F on 12/17/2023 & rated 91 points: Oog: Helder, licht zalm rose, zeer veel kleine parels in de kroon.

Tasted by Federico Sesta on 12/2/2023 & rated 92 points: The wine looks salmon colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, raspberry, red currant, grapefruit, lime, apple, burnt and toast. It tastes like strawberry, raspberry, lemon, lime, apple, peach, biscuity and bready. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity. (496 views)
Tasted by isaacjamesbaker on 5/26/2023 & rated 88 points: Lively salmon color. The aromas are bright and airy with flavors of raspberries, watermelon, tart strawberries, mixed with elements of yellow flowers, basil, fresh green herbs. The palate has a chalky feel on a light-bodied frame, generous bubbles, along with flavors of raspberries and watermelon. Nuances of honeysuckle, light biscuits, saline, a fun and refreshing appeal. Such a reliable producer of quality, widely-available Champagne-method bubbles with a lot of personality and value. 2/3 Pinot, 1/3 Chardonnay. (1032 views)
Tasted by Alden on 4/27/2023 & rated 60 points: YUK (927 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 4/9/2023 & rated 85 points: It is just mediocre in every sense. Nice colour, some red berries and good acidity, but nothing to get you excited about this wine. Should not retail >£10 (797 views)
Tasted by rikipedia on 2/25/2023 & rated 88 points: (Tasted Blind): A soft, rich wine with broadness on the mid-palate. It offers notes of crushed raspberries and strawberries and is an easy-drinking, well-balanced sparkler. Dry with hints of fruit sweetness offset with a tingling
acidity. (343 views)
Tasted by sjfunkenhauser on 7/14/2022 & rated 88 points: Light salmon colour.

Medium (+) aromas of marzipan, toasted almonds, cherry, grapefruit pith.

Pronounced palate.

Light body, high acidity, medium finish. (177 views)
Tasted by TheFoodieTraveler on 7/14/2022 & rated 85 points: Sweeter and much more simple than I recall from years ago. A shame. (1947 views)
Tasted by domco on 7/1/2022: Decent enough for the price with some nice apple and strawberry notes. Loses it at the finish for me... sort of bitter and harsh. Needs food to help hide that I think. (1585 views)
(1579 views)
Tasted by TheFoodieTraveler on 6/6/2022 & rated 80 points: Too sweet. (1597 views)
Tasted by Ben Christiansen on 4/5/2022: And a bit of a stinky nose to it. And rounder and fuller on the mid palate but well... (1789 views)
Tasted by @yourfavoritewino on 1/1/2022: Pleasant. Light bubbles (1179 views)
Tasted by gcarlisle on 6/15/2021: Disgorged in Nov 2019, this strongly sparkling wine is medium to deep salmon in color, completely clear, with medium aromas of apple, roses, minerals, ocean spray; off dry on the palate with a good level of acidity leads into strong flavors of grapefruit, red berries -- specifically raspberries, and a hint of a leesy flavor (2024 views)
Tasted by DenverGreek on 1/1/2021 & rated 88 points: Enjoyed 3 Rosés on New Year’s Day, had never experienced any of them before and was extremely pleased. All were approximately the same price point and would buy any of them again but the final tally from me and the group was as follows from 1st to 3rd.
NV Champs de Rosé Brut
NV Louis Vallon
NV Graham Beck Brut Rosé

Excited to try a South African Rosé sparkler and it was very enjoyable. It might not have been the best of this bunch but it was good enough to want to buy again. Slightly darker and richer in flavors than the others with notes of apple, blueberry and strawberry. (2391 views)
Tasted by Fml on 12/6/2020 & rated 90 points: Really good! Brisk with a taste of fruit (2284 views)
Tasted by blackbrownbeige on 11/5/2020 & rated 87 points: I can't say this is an objectively impressive wine on its face, but it is a traditional method rosé for ~$15 USD, so there has to be some leeway here. Not much to speak of on the nose; barely a hint of breadiness and green apple skin without a whole lot else. It's a touch saccharine on the palate but still refreshing and crisp, with good acidity and a fine mousse. You won't do much better for the price, but you can do better from a pure pleasurable drinking experience standpoint. (2190 views)
Tasted by davidwiggins on 10/8/2020 & rated 92 points: Beautiful strawberry color. Very fine bubbles. Fresh bready (but not yeasty) with fruit on the nose. Nice bright red fruits. Crisp long finish. Really lovely overall. Happy Birthday Earl!! (2165 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 6/14/2020 & rated 85 points: PN/Ch blend, primary berries, too fruity for me, more of the aperitif style. (1881 views)
Tasted by kjjamison on 4/7/2020 & rated 86 points: Not much interest on the nose. Simple, dull inoffensive on the tongue. Older bottle with straight cork had little yeasty elements. Not for aperitif drinking. Ok with Thai food but really not quite fruity enough for that. Maybe it could grow on me. (1533 views)
Tasted by chablis28 on 2/11/2020 & rated 89 points: With fresh Ahi tuna lunch on the Kihei Maui condo lanai. Said to be a 60/40 PN/Chard blend. Tasty as hell with rich creamy raspberry, cherry, strawberry fruit and a good sense of minerality to boot. And thankfully, plenty of zip. (1956 views)
Tasted by sethebarlow on 2/1/2020 & rated 86 points: Beautiful color. Thin fruit. One note. (1953 views)
Tasted by PSPatrick on 12/25/2019 & rated 88 points: Medium pinkish-salmon colour, with fine, medium-intense perlage. Very fruity. Red berries, red cherry, oranges and mild autolysis notes, with creamy, medium-fine mousse, medium-level acidity and good length. A rich, broad, fruit-driven style. Grew on me over time. (1712 views)
Tasted by MarcinKoral on 11/15/2019 & rated 87 points: First South African sparkling wine and I’m pretty impressed and surprised. This enjoyable rosé. Aromas of apple, mineral, slight strawberry, and lees. Strawberry and citrus on the palate. (1504 views)
